11 years of torture by police and four years prison, still got half Justice!!! Worth video, itโs a big slap on Police and Media
This story of Mohammad Irshad Alam(41 age)
is no less than a film script, the pain and suffering he had to go
through for no reason will make you cry. How in real life, sometimes
innocent are being tortured for just being a Muslim. The story is the
big slap in the face of police and media.
It was the largest wrong time in Irshadโs life when police arrested him for the first time and ended after a long suffering of him and family.
How false charges and extreme torture turned a common man into a police
informer, and this is not enough police rewarded him for his duty, by
fake proving him as TERRORIST, this ruined his life and made everything
disastrous for his family and he barely knows whatโs going on and police
knows that being Muslim will not get him to fight and survive with the
system.
The rough torture by police which includes petrol spread on the private parts of the victim, made him helpless and transformed him as an IB informer for several years on Rs. 7000 per month.
Irshad stated- "Police arrest people by doubts, but it is the media that
is responsible for turning them into terrorists. Police, at the
maximum, would call them a terrorist in the court. But media, without
taking into account the verdict of the court and the facts, will call
them a terrorist and broadcast it for the world to see."
IB forced him to live in Muslim areas to target young boys and made them terrorists, for this IB was also prepared to send him to Pakistan.
This is a trap of IB, and I found this wrong, so for some time, I disconnected with the IB officials.
Than The โMEDIAโ did the rest and announced me as terrorist:
On 9 February 2009, me and Maurif (cousin brother) were taken in front
of the press by the police and Police showcased us with lots of arms and
explosive, of which we both have no ideas that from where did this come
from? For claiming as a terrorist 10% role of Police and 90% of media
role is involved there.
At last, Maurif's brothers appealed to the Delhi High Court and the judge at that time stated it as a false case and demanded a CBI Inquiry. And finally, Irshad got bail in 2009 by CBI's closure report.
The trial went on and on 22 December 2016, the court of first instance acquitted both Irshad and Maurif.
The time canโt come back, and Iโll not get
back those 11 years, but itโs still half justice. Still, the Cops who
forced me, who ruined my life are roaming freely or sitting and relaxing
in their offices.
Media and Police nowadays claiming anything without going through the facts, I (Irshad) wants to end it here with these lines โ
